Meet Bianca, Your Guide
Mother, Postpartum Doula, Yoga Teacher & Energetic Worker
I began my motherhood journey in a foreign country—the home of my beloved husband—away from my family and friends.
Blessed with a beautiful pregnancy and an almost effortless birth, I entered motherhood with little to no preparation for my postpartum journey. My entire focus was on birth, so most of what I prepared and researched was centered around that moment.
But this journey doesn’t end at birth—it is only just beginning. And the transformation from maiden to mother has shown itself to be far more challenging than I ever expected.
Healing from burnout, shaped by years of workaholism, while tending to the constant cries of my newborn baby girl, while also recovering from birth and adjusting to all these changes… I found myself spiraling, in what felt like a free fall with no end.
To reconnect with myself and my body—and to help ensure that no other woman has to experience postpartum in the loneliness, stress, and anxiety that I did—I enrolled in a postpartum doula training. I devoted myself to understanding the changes I was going through, while also gaining the skills to hold and support other mothers through this incredible and deeply fragile journey.
This mini journey was created during my later postpartum, one year after giving birth, in the quiet spaces between my baby girl’s naps.
My hope is that you feel seen here. That you feel welcomed and held—through gentle breathwork sessions, meditations, and knowledge that can truly make a difference in how you experience your first months and years as a (new) mother.
