I truly believe that the society we live in has, in many ways, become disconnected from life itself. And perhaps those who suffer most under these systems are the lifegivers — Mothers.
Pregnancy and birth have become heavily medicalized, while postpartum is treated as unworthy of care.
Mothers are often left alone, unsupported, uninformed, overwhelmed, and ashamed — after giving us the most precious gift there is: Life.
The mother is the heart of the family — that is the beauty and power of motherhood. But when mothers are left suffering, they cannot nurture their families. When families lose their harmony, individuals cannot thrive.
We see the consequences of this on a global scale.
You deserve proper physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and energetic care, Mama. You deserve to feel sovereign and empowered.

Ancient cultures once knew how to mother the mother. Many indigenous traditions have preserved this sacred legacy of nourishing, nurturing, and protecting the mother after birth and beyond. Nutrition, bodywork, ritual, and ceremony were common ways to cherish the mother — and the baby, too. Within the community, caring for the young was never left solely on the shoulders of one woman or a couple.
Those times are far behind us, and while they had their own flaws, they also held precious wisdom we can learn from.
As we stand at the dawn of a new age, the time is ripe to create new and better systems — ones that place the mother, and the family, at the very center.

During pregnancy, as your baby grows, the internal organs and abdominal muscles shift upward and outward to make space for the expanding womb.
After birth, many mothers become chest breathers, leading to shallow breathing patterns.
As a MOTHERBREATH-certified practitioner, I am here to support you on your healing journey and to guide you through breathwork techniques specially designed for mothers after birth.

The early stages of postpartum can feel overwhelming for many reasons, one of which is the profound transformation of becoming a mother. This part of ourselves we don’t get to meet before giving birth, and once we step into motherhood, there is no returning to our previous self.
This identity shift was once honored with nourishment, ceremony, and ritual.
Today, much has changed, but there are still many tools — old and new — to support mothers in their journey of becoming. From my experience, mothers don’t need to be taught how to mother; rather, they benefit from being held in care and kindness as they encounter the most powerful version of themselves yet.

Ancient traditions honored women with several rites of passage throughout their life journeys — marking the transitions from childhood to maidenhood, motherhood, and finally, the wise woman (menopause). While much of this wisdom has been lost in modern times, we are witnessing a collective remembrance of the Divine Feminine — and with it, a revival of these sacred practices that hold and honor women through change.
My work focuses on the rite of passage from maiden to mother. It serves as both a spiritual activation and an integration — and when offered in person, it also includes a gentle bodywork session.
